Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

You're going to have a hard time convincing a nation that can afford to water our lawns and keep private swimming pools to use less water in our toilets.
Wasting natural resources for fun/out of lazyness because they are plentiful at the moment is the worst kind of short sightedness there is (oil crisis of 1973, anyone?). Not that I don't agree with you though, if you can have hundreds of golf courses and thousands and thousands of pools and lawns with grass in a city like Phoenix, toilet water is the least of your problems.

Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box

My toilet has an Evian filtration system and a seat with its own thermostat that is voice activated.

Oil and water are not equivalent.

Water's not like oil, it all comes back eventually. It doesn't get burned up when we use it.

Oil comes back eventually too, just a lot slower. Yes you are correct and I never stated that, but still it's not a good idea to waste water in a world where lack of of it is pretty much the biggest problem for a fairly large part of it's population. Not that it's a US specific problem, the whole developed world wastes a lot of water.
