Re: Humble Weekly Sale's

I feel ashamed that I've forgotten to keep up with this.

But this week many of the Telltale games are on sale as part of the weekly sale. Meaning The Walking Dead, Sam and Max, Back to the Future, and more.

Also, Humble Bundle 8 is ongoing. It includes Dear Esther which alone makes it worth it if you haven't bought that yet. But in addition it has Little Inferno, Awesomenauts, Capsized, and Thomas Was Alone. As well as Hotline Miami and Proteus if you beat the average.

I just started playing Walking Dead, and so far it is amazing. I'm really impressed with how they have modernized point & click gameplay, and also added lots of important choice points.

Thanks for the heads up Adam, I didn't even know that was possible. Apparently there were two more games and a piece of DLC added to the THQ bundle that I never noticed.

Adam wrote:I recommend that everyone checks their Humble Bundle accounts. You may be surprised as some games have been added to older bundles. I was checking my account yesterday and realised I had four new games including Waking Mars. Steam keys included.
They usually add extras during the second week of the main bundles, so it isn't just random. I guess if you aren't keeping up with them, finding more games could be a surprise though.

I think what they actually did was they gave people individual steam keys for previously bundled games.

I don't think they've retroactively added new games that weren't available during the bundle period.

For another 12 hours from this post you can get the Humble Introversion weekly sale. Darwinia, Multiwinia, Defcon, and Uplink. As well as source code access for each of those four games, the soundtracks, and two tech demo's from Introversion. Plus, if you pay $24.99 or more you can get early access to a game currently in alpha stage being developed by Introversion called Prison Architect.

I wish I had come upon this deal sooner, hope nobody here misses out that would have been interested.

Oh yeah, also there's the Humble Origin Bundle going on. A bunch of EA games, some of which can only be unlocked through Origin. If you're in to that.

Indeed they do.

This week is a charity ran by the famous Youtuber PewDiePie. The goal being to give water to children who otherwise don't have access to it.

The games that are in the bundle include Botanicula, McPixel, The Showdown Effect, and Thomas Was Alone. And if you beat the average then you also get Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
