I agree. My girlfriend - now wife - had a ton of sleepovers when I was 24, and I can assure you that they were waaaaay more fun than anything I did as a kid. (A lot of them still included video games, movies, and pizza!)Luke wrote:With that attitude they are.GazongaJoe wrote: I'm 24 now and now those days are over.

I think it is best summed up by George Bernard Shaw:AppleQueso wrote:Luke is pretty much living proof that you can be a respected, mature adult without having to give up anything you loved as a kid.

True... For now they are anyway. I just moved to Tennessee from New York and haven't really made any friends yet. Once I get out of the boonies i'll be moving to a town closer to my work that has a few games and comic stores that i can probably meet people at. And then continue.Luke wrote:With that attitude they are.GazongaJoe wrote: I'm 24 now and now those days are over.

What part of Tennessee are you in? (Since you mentioned "boonies", I assume that you are well outside of Nashville.
)

I wouldn't go that far, but thanks a ton.AppleQueso wrote:Luke is pretty much living proof that you can be a respected, mature adult without having to give up anything you loved as a kid.
When I read quotes like "When you are a child you want to be an adult and when you're an adult you wish you were a child" I think "Now when did I grow up?".
