Just got back from seeing Elysium at an IMAX theater. It was a pretty amazing experience.

After seeing how Gundam (space colonies) and power armor it looked, I feel pretty much obligated to go see it.

Finally watched The Avengers this weekend. I'd say it was pretty damn good, but I was disappointed they ditched Edward Norton for Mark Ruffalo.

I found the switch as a vast improvement in the character. Norton was a bit too whiny or "Nortony" for Bruce Banner.

Watched THE ARTIST IS PRESENT again. Pretentious, but engaging.

I agree. I recently watched The Incredible Hulk and thought that Norton was much weaker than either Eric Bana or Mark Ruffalo.

They really should have stuck with him, and The Incredible Hulk should have been a sequel to Ang Lee's Hulk. If that had been the case, then we might be getting a third Hulk movie.

Bana was very convincing as a dude with some serious issues.

*Dave is most likely going to hear the Charlie Brown WAaa waaw waaaw wass sound, but*

Ruffalo is more of the Peter David's version of the Hulk. Intelligent, in some control, and playful. He's not Joe Fixit or the Berzerk Hulk.

I get that, and I don't hate Ruffalo. I just vastly prefer Bana, but that might be also be because he's in the best movie with Hulk in it.
