Well you are from TX so there's always that small chance you could be a hardcore baptist or something :P One thing to keep in mind when talking religion and morals is the other issues besides general morality. Many upright and puritanical countries aren't all that nice places to live (like the aforementioned North Korea, or some of the islamic countries with stonings, witch burning etc), while generally the wealthiest, best places to live on earth are 95% of the time quite liberal and tolerant. Can one culture claim to be more moral than other one if it chooses to have a very draconian view on few select issues, while generally treating people more inhumanely?

I know I'm going way off topic, but I just think it's an interesting topic, as my personal views and pragmatic outlook on things kind of conflicts on that issue. Not that it matters, as OP seems very trollish

I'm ten miles from town, and even then, unless your right on the square most of town is really not designed where I can walk around.
The thing is, American cities are "spread out" not because of how far cities are between each other but because they are designed with cars in mind.

I remember how creepy it was to walk around New York's office district and not seeing a single soul walking. There was no one there after bussiness hours because that part of the city only exists for bussinesss, it had no life outside of it. It was creepy because you could walk across a dozen streets and you still wouldn't see a soul. I've never seen anything like that.

Similarly if you are in a residential district and you don't have a car, you can practically die of hunger because there won't be any restaurants close! I've never seen something like this in any other country.

¡Ay pendejo! ¿Cómo se atrevió a decirme eso? ¡No mames!

Did you know the Gallician Nationalists complained to the RAE because of this? Ah, political correctness at its best.

It matters and if you think I'm trolling, you hate fun. FACT.

I am dissapointed at the lack of European stereotypes in this thread. What's that, you accept our superiority so quickly? C'mon, share the fun! Complain about how shitty we are or things that startled you, you know cultural differences and stuff.

It would be easier for me to comment, if we weren't the joke of Europe right now :(

I love public transportation.

America has a holidays dedicated to blowing stuff up, giving away free candy, getting drunk, and stuffing yourself with food and falling asleep to REAL football.

Most Americans bathe regularly and use something called antiperspirant.

Besides the hair on their head, most females in America are hairless.

America has The Dollar Tree and the Grand Canyon (both equally impressive).

America was home to the artists who created soul, bluegrass, the blues and rock n' roll. America also had John Belushi, John Candy, Chris Farley, Roseanne Barr, and other very funny fat people.

Only in America would a movie like Garbage Pail Kids be made.

American sewer systems were made with mutant turtles in mind.

Has the Stay Puft Marshmallow man ever visited Europe? No.

America has a much better black market. Think not? Go to Canal street.

Polish women can be some of the best looking women on the planet, and there are more Polish women in America than there are in Poland.

Americans have superior teeth and gums.

America has a state that resembles a penis.

And they're actually Ninjas here, none of this "Hero Turtles" nonsense.

I've just arrived from the US, like 20 minutes ago.

I can't agree that Americans hate pedestrians. They have the flattest sidewalks I've ever seen.

Level and spacious sidewalks with no potholes, trees, garbage bags laying about.

I missed the chaos a little, though. It was just too tidy.

Yeah but America sucks cause all the aliens choose to invade there first. The value of your real estate must drop like a rock every 3 months. Specially in New York.
