So you win the lottery.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Buy a nice but modest house and car.
Put the rest in the bank.
Do stuff sometimes.
Continue to be boring.

That could actually get you arrested for causing a riot and people would stampede and hurt each other these days.

Oh I know, that's why I would want to do it. Of course I would have a zip line for my get away. If I was billions rich I would totally be that crazy guy on the corner yelling about how the world is going to end.

I think to keep some amount of sanity I would have to take a sum of money and just spend it on doing stupid frivolous things, not material goods but things. I mean we've gone over the fact that you could probably live the rest of your life on 5 million but everyone is answering with that they would still have their normal life. How long until you get bored of that or if you don't I'm the only one that would look back and think I wasted my life and money? I usually don't do well with hypothetical questions.

5 million eh?

I'd invest 2 million in varous stocks and multiple foreign currencies (and also probably precious metals) in hopes of riding out whatever economic collapses may come in the future.

Give 2 million to my local community schools and charities.

Last million would be fun time, maybe a 200k house, new car (100k at most), and a bunch of video games/vinyl.

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
Consoles: I have too much stuff
Arcade: No seriously, I have too much stuff. Someone grab a shovel and dig me out of my basement.
