Nah, I was making a crack about those Senate hearings. Sega did its best to present itself to look like a decent company in front of Joe Lieberman and Herbert Kohl, but Nintendo began attacking them in the middle of the proceedings on the content of their games. It didn't exactly do Sega any favors in front of the feds, if you get my drift.
As for being a mod, there's kinda a joke here about the mods being the most long-winded and the most offensive.
