And while FM took up an assload of memory saves, mine would require very little since all it would require is a small amount of memory.

This is a pretty funny sentence.

I'm sure with the right software, it could handle all the hard work like hit box detection, animation crossfades, damage location animations, and such. Throw moves would be tough to compute. I suppose you could just assign the frame of your move where the throw would initiate, and then input some valid body parts that were grab-able from that height and angle, and then just make the enemy go rag doll during the duration of the throw.

I want to see an MK style digitized version of you do some sweet combos. That'd make my day.

Actually, that's a bit of a typo. I was gonna go a bit further, but then said effit and didn't.

Basically, all the character data (what color is this, what shape is that, et al) would be a series of lines of code and sh*t. Color would be in terms of a six-digit number that represents R/G/B levels in hex values, like how 000000 would be black and FFFFFF would be white, and how 00FF00 would be green. Or whatever. I suck at the truly technical crap. I'm just the idea guy, so I just come up with all the good stuff and someone else makes it. Basically, I outsource the technical garbage to someone who actually knows that crap.
