Protecting games

Post by Andavive »

Not sure where to post this.

I dont know how far this kind of "protection" can really keep your games in a good condition, still they give a sense of care and look nice.

I know that the standart 14mm DVD Case Wraps works for:
-PS2/Xbox/Gamecube (and all DVD cases)
-Saturn
-Playstation
-Gameboy/GBC/GBA
-Megadrive/Genesis/MSystem
-NES
of course may not work on bigger boxes, like MGS3 Subsistence or Pokemon Pinball for GBC.

Now for the N64/SNES, i only know of those sentinel64.com type boxes.
They look really good, but they can also be quite expensive. Still i dont have many complete in box games, so ill take that.
But do you know if there are any type of DVD larger sleeves?

My current problem is PSP, NeoGeo Pocket and DS. Any type of good plastic sleeve protectors for these boxes?

I mean, i really need a guide for these kind of stuff.

Also, those covers that get all "wavy"(i dont know why it happens, they didnt get wet), do you think an iron can fix it? Im afraid of taking out the color using heat.

If you have a guide please share.

Order a free catalogue from Uline, they sell business supplies and have various plastics. Not sure if its for bulk but there should be a good selection there.
If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.
