What's your favorite level on any game?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Topping it off was the Electric Dragon boss, which was pretty great.
Man I was thinking about the great levels in that game. I really like the "intestinal" level where you fighting inside a creature and you sink into the guts when your standing still. That game is just awesome all the way around.

But my all time favorite level would probably be the Catacombs level in Castlevania SOTN. I just love the enemies and the design, it really feels like you're in hell, but it looks better than I'd imagine. It's got alot of awesome levels really..the Royal Chapel and the Library are sweet too.

The Electric DEMON stage. It's a favorite of mine too. Fast paced and action packed with a cool soundtrack

The bar fight in Sly Cooper 3 is one I love. I don't have a favorite of all time though. No stage of any game I've played is THAT good

I know I'm way late to this thread, but I just wanted to add wood man's level as my favorite Mega Man 2 stage. Has the best animals/enemys in the game and a catchy soundtrack.

I think level 3 in radiant silvergun when you see the blue planet with clouds and your out in space and everything is swirling around as your blowing up ships, sick!

the last level in radiant silvergun is my second all time favorite level, the bosses are just freaking sick, cant believe they did that on a saturn!
There are 3 things I don't believe in, politics and math.

McCoy's apartment in Blade Runner oozes the kepple-tastic atmosphere that PKD loved to portray in his literature, and Frank Klepacki's rendition of the Vangelis soundtrack was catchy as well.

When it comes to Sonic 3 it's a tough call since all levels are simply superb, but Launch Base takes the lead since its art style is quite unique and lovely. With the Death Egg looming in the background and the machinery supporting it and the checkered tiles it's all fantastic stuff.
More that I can think of

Aladdin - The inside-the-magic-lamp level, with its Megadrive cameo and funky music. It was simply cheerful!
EWJ2 - the salamander level.. Moonlight Sonata plays in the background and poor Jim is struggling to swim his way to the trivia room. Haha that was brilliant indeed.
Shinobi 3 - The level with the organic mutants was fantastic, brilliant music too
Grim Fandango - The game is a joy with its location design therefore taking more time to complete because listening to the background music is so much fun and relaxing
Max Payne 2 - The mad funhouse.. How disappointing the film was eh? It didn't borrow much of the game's bizarreness at all.
MGS3 - The river of ghastly voices (that's what I like to call it anyway).. Definitely a very "Kojiman" touch in which you reflect upon your behaviour in the game.
Gitaroo Man - Flyin' To Your Heart.. As a standalone the song is awesome and in GM it's quite ecstatic!
Ace Combat 04 - Megalith.. The rendition of Agnus Dei played during the epic final battle is truly, well.. Epic!
Portal - The final boss battle was one of the most memorable of recent years. Shame it was easy though!
