I'd love to do it for you guys, but I simply just don't have the time. I've had several projects on my workbench for month or even years now that I just can't find the time to complete.

Did either of you try a BST thread? Surely there's more modders on the forum.

I wasn't asking for you to install the bios. You already told me that you are too busy to take requests. I'm just asking asking in general if there is ANYONE who knows how to do the mod and who would be will to do it for me. As for the BST thread, I don't even know what that is. What separates a BST thread from the threads I posted?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner or anyone else that has PM'd me. I been dealing with some personal matters and trying to keep sane has not been an easy task.

I do have some BIOS chips left but I'm very busy to take on any modding, do to my current situation, however, if you PM me your address I will mail you the BIOS chip at no charge. That goes for any member that needs a BIOS chip.

This section of the site is considered more for questions and advice, than a formal request.

If you both can acquire the BIOS chip and have it on hand ready to ship out with the console, that will greatly increase your chances of finding some one to install it for you. The reason being is that not every one has the equipment needed to write the chips, and some people are just too lazy to acquire the chip on their own.

Yeah, a thread in the BST section will be like an ad. Name the thread "WTB: Saturn BIOS install service" or "WANTED: Saturn BIOS installed" etc.

The only version of the Saturn BIOS with the region checks removed that I know of is a hack of the Japanese 1.01 BIOS, so I would assume it has the Japanese start up screen.

Ok I will do that once I get the chip. Thanks for the tip.

If you could please send me the BIOS chip I would really appreciate it. I listed my address in the PM I originally sent you yesterday.

Cool. I don't specifically need the BIOS mod. But it isn't like switches will raise my chances in the present status quo.
