I don't have a genesis yet, but do have Sonic's Genesis Collection. I've seen a few (poorly reviewed) genesis-style controllers with USB cords intended for PC emulation.
Any chance I can rig up something similar on my XBOX360? The button positions, especially relative to the DPad, are messing with my brain.

Possibly the Mad Catz Fightpads (though I'm not sure if they've got a current model of it).
PDP also has a fighter-oriented pad, but it seems to have a lot more negative reviews.
