Sega Saturn Power Supply help?!

Post by VierraVega »

Hello i'm new to these forums and am wondering if somebody could help me.

I bought a Sega Saturn HST-0014, and the power supply within it appears to have died out.

what appear to be a fuse, 125v 1.6a, and a green varistor(?) appear to have both blown.

I currently reside in Australia and am wondering if anybody could help me find a solution to fixing this wonderful piece of machinery? :)

Does anybody know where i could easily find a replacement?

That's a Japanese model number.
The 100v or 120v power supplies do NOT work in such countries, almost certainly what happened.

Good catch. Didn't even click when I read it. the AU 220v certainly popped it. Hopefully only the fuse.
