Sweet Fuse, the last UMD released game on psp?

Post by ninjainspandex »

Havn't really heard much about this game according to Amazon it will release next month with a preoder bonus . For just $30 its kind of tempting for a potentially rare PSP game. Anyone know what this game is about? It seems like its just some sort of text adventure with puzzle minigames. I wish they would tell us what the pre order bonus actually is.

Pretty sure it's an otome game with a couple twists. So, yeah.

It's definitely an Otome game. There's some kind of adventure gameplay involving disarming bombs set around a theme park, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you're probably not the target audience for this one.

Still waiting on the physical release of Class of Heroes 2.

Plus, there will be many more Japanese games.

I really like visual novels, and I'm not afraid to try otome games, but there's not much information on this one. Definitely wait until the reviews roll in - and definitely read those reviews on a visual novel fansite or RPGfan. Mainstream sites aren't always fair to VNs.

The plot definitely sounds like it takes a backseat to the romance. Hopefully there will be a Keiji Inafune cameo and Saki will have a sharp sense of humor.

But maybe that's hoping too much. Dangan Ronpa is guaranteed quality.
Saki Inafune, niece to legendary game developer Keiji Inafune, can’t wait to visit her uncle’s new theme park. She’s been invited to the opening day ceremonies, and is looking forward to a day of fun and excitement when suddenly Count Hogstein—a villain as corpulent and cliché as he is evil—blows up the Ferris wheel, takes the park management hostage, and declares the beginning of a deadly series of games.

Desperate to save her uncle, Saki volunteers to be one of the participants in Hogstein’s games, and finds herself thrust into the midst of excitement very different from what she’d expected when she woke up that morning. She’ll need all of her cunning, determination, and exceptional insight to get herself and her fellow participants—all available bachelors—out alive and maybe, with a little luck, find love along the way.

Same. Ordered 3 copies myself. Shame I couldn't get the kickstarter cover variant though.
