Wii U virtual console question
I'm just days away from getting my Wii U in the mail, but since there isn't a game arriving that interests me until august, I've decided to start up a virtual console wishlist. The thing is, I can't seem to get a straight answer from any website as to whether or not you can download regular Wii virtual console games. Help?
Sega Genesis (Model 2), Sega CD, Sega 32X, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Game Boy Family, Phillips CD-i Model 910, NES, Atari 5200, Virtual Boy, Atari Jaguar, Playstations 3-4
Re: Wii U virtual console question
Yeah, you can access the Wii Virtual Console service through Wii Mode. Though, you should be aware that if you want to use the new features (Off-TV play, button remapping, save states) you'll have to pay a $1.00 upgrade fee to get the Wii U version of said game when it releases there.

Yes. You generally need a Wii remote for a Wii. Sensor bar comes with the Wii U.
