I like companies who are upfront with their bulls#it, like every bank in the USA.

Why do you people keep shopping there if they're always doing something "EVIL"?

I haven't been able to figure it out. I dislike their business practices and they haven't gotten a dollar from me since I graduated college. When I want to find games I go for Amazon or Ebay or local stores (usually the first two).

I shop at Gamestop because all the ones in my area have awesome employees and excellent customer service. Plus, now that I have an Xbox, it's currently the cheapest place to get games for it, which is good because my gaming budget is usually pretty low by necessity even at the best of times.

Are you talking Original XBox games? Your GameStop still has some? That's amazing.

Nah, I have a 360 that my friend gave me and said I could keep it if I could fix it. I have considered picking up an original Xbox, but I haven't decided whether I really want one or not.

As cheap as they go for, they're well worth it. Some pretty damn good exclusives on the system, and not all of them are compatible on the 360.

And if you're into modding, it's like the easiest system to mod, no hardware changes even needed, just software.

how so? I would assume your retro stores carried retro games? The most 'retro' games that GS carries is the PS2 stuff they're trying to purge right now.
