Yes I know about Hulu and Netflix, and yes I know red meat isn't the best thing to eat, but I enjoy them both.

I don't watch sports, I'm a strange child.
Smile: Went to Asian Film Festival Dallas and saw the Ruroni Kenshin movie. Pretty alright, but I would only recommend it for big fans of the series.

Ticked - super busy work day and it is going to storm all weekend no matter what we have to go to the dump to get rid of construction waste and finish painting our porch.
Smiled - Last night Ack, myself, and a mutual friend beat the summer challenge for Killing Floor despite it being brutal. First go through, not terrible just had some issues dealing with multiple fleshpounds and me not knowing the map so I got lost. Second try, we had Four fleshpounds at the same time on round two! Thats the game being a dick. Well on Try eight or so we got collecting the gold, I ended up getting railroaded and letting them get the second gold, which Ack died shortly after our buddy grabbed it. So our friend was left alone with the second gold, and the third left. So he kited the badguys around the outside of the entire map, as we watched from remote views and told him what was ahead of him. He continued to kite the sixty enemies around the entire map until he got the third gold and dropped it off. Then Ack and I respawned and Ack saw the world through our friends point of view and while we both tried to buy things for the final round we both got kicked from the store. Eventually we downed the Patriarch (but not without me trying to knife him with my machete I found randomly on my second life while fighting him).
Then we got Ack addicted to Terraria and played it for a solid four hours.

My Cousin Stevie went vegan for almost six months. Last visit we went to Piece Pizza and our pie was stacked with Italian sausage. I stated, "Thought you went vegan". As he crammed a slice in his pie hole me happily muttered with a mouthful "Bummbest dezzion Ah've eva made".dsheinem wrote: And like vegetarians, these folks tend to not watch sports.

There's no substitute for just plopping on the couch, turning on the TV, and channel surfing.Luke wrote:Frown: People who give up cable or "the dish" are becoming as annoying as new vegetarians. Somewhat related, I bought a digital antenna for my game room hoping to at least get the local channels. All I could watch was PBS. Fuzzy PBS.

Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
I'm waiting in line to check out, two people in front of me and another person behind me. The people directly in front of me didn't have too many items so I figured the wait would not be long. Little did I know that the people at the actual checkout had a cart filled entirely with strawberries, stacked neatly to fit every square inch of space. They didn't put them on the belt and expected the cashier to bag them. When that was finished, they argued and raised a hooplah about the cashier's inability to bag properly, since the items were not stacked to specs in order to fit the cart. They then demanded the cashier to remove every box of strawberries from their respective bags and re-bag them according to the need of the customer. I don't know why, but the cashier did so.
It was a long wait.

Long lines kill me now that I have to take a baby shopping with me.
The local grocery stores have atrocious lines, as does Wal*Fart.
Target is usually pretty decent.

Head up there REALLY late (or early?), like 4-5am. Lines are short then.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Long lines kill me now that I have to take a baby shopping with me.

Ah, we don't have 24 hour Wal*Farts around here, though we used to. I think they close around 10 or 11.
