Another BookOff run of CIB games, all pristine protected by removable clear plastic envelope.

Xbox Black - $5.00 BookOff
By far my favorite FPS on the PS2 so I had to get the only other console release, the Xbox version. For a very good FPS, surprised it did not make it to more consoles. The opening credits screen is just like watching the credits beginning of a good movie teasing of what is to follow. Made by Criterion, maybe that credit startup is inspired by all the great movies they press on DVD?

Sarge: "Lets get on it."

Xbox vs PS2, which is better? Hard to tell but I think the Xbox version graphics are upped slightly; both consoles support 480p for this game. Nice running through the battlefield again, the Xbox version allows a custom soundtrack, any music CD installed in the hard drive.

Xbox Counter Strike - $3.50 BookOff
Maybe the slightly lower price due to online part not working anymore? Ah well, enough single player mode to keep me busy.

Xbox Fatal Frame - $5.00 BookOff
A lucky snag, Fatal Frame games tend to get pricey. I bought this right from the restock cart, the game just came in. A bit of irony buying this amongst all the FPS games, shooting with just a camera. I picked up Xbox Fatal Frame 2 a while back for its exclusive 1st person mode, so had to get part one to complete the set.

Xbox Half Life 2- $5.00 BookOff
Already have disc only, one of the better Xbox games deserving to be CIB. Nice not having to deal with online authentication of Steam, the Xbox version will always work even decades from now.

Xbox Syberia - $4.00 $1.00 BookOff
Very sweet, the BookOff in La La land actually have some CIB games at only a buck! Old school adventure style with a making of video in the same disc, looks interesting.

Xbox Tom Clancy Trilogy - $5.00 BookOff
Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six 3 games all in one standard sized DVD case. Three full game discs on a tall hub inside along with a trilogy game manual. This is the way all trilogies should be packaged to save on shelf space.

SimCity 64 (Nintendo 64DD)

I went to a local, city-wide garage sale this weekend not expecting much, only to find a few guys running a booth with one of the best import collections I have ever seen. I've been wanting Meta Fight and SimCity 64 for so long that I didn't hesitate at all—I was surprised just to see a 64DD in person.

A boxed ColecoVision with all cords, styrofoam, a bunch of manuals, (no game):

$15!!!!!!!!

The box is beat up, but the console is really really clean!
Aw man, That is AWESOME!

CRT- Is Gameplay worth an hour drive? I've never been there and I'm moving out of state next month so I'm trying to soak up as much of SoCal while I still can. Would you recommend a trip there?
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynj ... collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

That's awesome!

I've always wanted to play that game, but yeah, the 64DD is expensive and I can't read Japanese. I'm hoping to one day have a decent 64DD emulator available or a way to turn the games off an N64 flash cart and a translation patch for that game, but I wont hold my breath. Either that, or I become super rich and learn to read Japanese.

On my way to work I picked up an old Playstation and two Dual Shock controllers: one gray and one translucent blue. And I do mean "picked up" - they were on the pavement next to the trash left out for the garbage truck. The controllers are in great shape while the Playstation's case is a bit beat up but the laser works great, so I will just swap the case with one of my busted PSXes.
Mostly harmless

Finally found some PVM's with a reasonable drive. Not quite as nice as my main PVM, but definitely nice enough to make the hour drive to haul them home. RGB looks pretty darn good (A lot better than this crappy photo).

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
Consoles: I have too much stuff
Arcade: No seriously, I have too much stuff. Someone grab a shovel and dig me out of my basement.

I loved the SNES version of SimCity, and this looks like the same idea, just in 3D. I'm in the same boat—I've always wanted to play it, but 64DDs seem to go for $500+ and I'm unaware of any 64DD emulation.

Very nice! I have been keeping an eye out for a second PVM so that I won't have to daisy chain switchboxes. I hardly ever see any for sale locally unless you count the little 8" ones. :(

Yeah, they're really hard to find locally here as well. Probably the first time I saw anything other than an 8 or 13 closer than a 4+ hour drive, and I've been looking for at least a year. Once I got there I couldn't help but just buy all three of them. I'm not usually one to hoard, but I'm having trouble even considering letting one go

BTW, I've dealt with tekyard medical before (I got my first PVM from them). Good guys. If you don't need component video support (just RGB, composite, s-video) you can get these 20" ones for about $100 to your door. They double box and bubble wrap the living hell out of them too. http://www.ebay.com/itm/SONY-PVM-1943MD ... 4ac5eda46a
