Be careful when buying games in / from Germany. Half of them are actually in German.

I remember buying Overblood 2 for PS1 in Germany and coming home only to see the game was completely in German. Even the FMVs.

First thing the guy in the clip said: "Noch ein Whisky bitte."

The thing is, you can't play PAL NES and SNES games on the real systems. Clones might work. I can play my PAL Over Horizon on clone systems ok, but I'm not sure about other games working properly, if at all. Well maybe if the lockout is disabled.
I have a FC Twin.

Man, Nintendo needs to put some original Game and Watch stuff on the 3DS. Just imagine those games recreated with the 3D effect in mind for the lcd overlays and such, it could seriously feel authentic.

Virtual Boy would be better, considering this would be the first time it could possibly be recreated with the 3-D effect.

That too, but people were saying that from day 1. In fact, I kinda expect Nintendo to put up Mario Clash and VB Wario Land sooner or later.

The whole 3DS virtual console for handhelds is pretty cool in general. Wonder if we'll see NGPC stuff?

It would be cool. But the NGPC and a lot of the library is pretty easy and cheap to get a hold of already.

Yes, but on 3DS you'd get a nice backlight without having to dive into the whole modding thing. :)

Was talking with my 15 year old step-brother and he kept mentioning old games I showed him when I lived with my dad. I thought he was too young to remember, but he started talking fondly of hooking up our old 2600 to a TV we dug out of the trash. We kept remembering old games we used to play and how he was always impressed with my collection.

What I found odd, is that most of my other little brothers didn't show any interest in playing these games. Of course they are a bit older than he was then. Maybe they expectations of a game differ? None of them showed any interest in playing JRPGs because "there was too much reading", however they all played Pokemon the entire time I was there. I even managed to get one interested in actually learning the tactics in Pokemon. However, they all turned down Earthbound, Super Mario RPG and Chrono trigger only minutes into the games.

I just noticed there's a "Helios Way" nearby. Helios One being a thing in Fallout NV.

Is it possible to have two keyboard/mouses simultaneously setup on a PC? I'm thinking if this is possible, I can get a wireless keyboard/mouse and have a good gaming setup using my TV instead of my desk/monitor. I totally hope this is doable. If not, guess I could just consider going purely wireless anyways?

I put Witcher 2 on my 40" TV and yeah... it's just hard to go back to my monitor or older TV's everytime I upgrade heh. I still prefer the desk for general browsing and such, but watching movies, anime, or whatever, and gaming on the TV takes it to the next level.
