Random Thoughts Thread
Re: Random Thoughts Thread
My entire wardrobe consists of plain t-shirts, two pairs of jeans, a few shorts, underwear/socks, and one black dress shirt/pants combo for when someone dies. I also have a ton of band t-shirts and gaming shirts from high school, but I very rarely wear them anymore.

Re: Random Thoughts Thread
Well now, I never have worn a full suit. And I personally hate ties, because I have a weird phobia around my neck. I don't mind collars and such on shirts touching it, but if they are too tight or buttoned up too much (I'm the guy who wears his pearl snaps with at least a button or two open- I just want to live in the 70's), I freak. Ties, in all forms, just make it worse, as do necklaces that are too tight, and people touching my neck. It is a HUGE sign of trust for me to let someone touch my neck, especially on the front or sides.
I've gotten out of jumping and squirming when people touch my neck, but it still bothers me immensely.

Are you one of those "shoes off while indoor" families? Clean shoes do not track dirt. Socks and bare feet do.

Yeah, I wear shoes inside.

Damn, take out the shorts and add a few pairs of trashed jeans and you have my wardrobe. Most of my jeans get trashed and I just keep patching them.

Clean socks/clean feet track as much dirt as clean shoes. And footwear sucks in general; the only reason I wear it is you can't get into stores with bare feet and concrete/asphalt will tear up the soles of your feet if you walk on them too long.

All I gotta say on this matter: My feet take regular showers, my shoes don't.

Obviously, you live somewhere where having clean shoes is possible. Cow shit, mud, dust... all of that tracks reallly bad. Easily dealt with by not wearing shoes inside.
