Gley Lancer NTSC?

Seems this game is on ebay? I am unaware of a us release. Are these boots with english patch? I would like to get a copy of this, and not resort to Wii VC.

That's a repro. In fact, all that seller has is repros. Nice how he's trying to pass them off as legit.
