Should I Ditch the N64?

Hey dudes and dudets, I've been thinking about selling one my consoles from my collection, the one in paticular in my mind is the ole' N64. I don't know, I have nothing against it, its just very hard for me to buy new games for it (everywhere I go they always have just sports games). Games does not hold my interest, call me crazy, but I don't really like LoZ:OoT. Right now the system is just collecting dust. So yeah, should I ditch it?

also, N64 has always been my least favorite of the 3 systems that where out on that generation.

I cannot get rid of mine for 3 reasons.

No other way to play NFL Blitz, Golden Eye or Killer Instinct Gold.

Emulators do not do it for me!

Not to mention Banjo Kazooie and Tooie, WWF no mercy, and the best way to play Star Fox with that big ass controller and the big ass rumble pack.

Ditch it! You are obviously bored with it. What's the point of asking people on a forum if you should or not. The fact that you even brought it up should be reason enough.

I just want to be sure, that I am not missing out on anything, and also I don't like feeling of regret of getting rid of a console, I just personaly don't want to feel that way, like one time I sold my SNES and I complety regret it. Maybe I am too attached to my collection, we all have to sacrifice things in life, there are things I am glad I got rid of it like 5200 (takes too much room, and its a sack of S#!%), Intellevision (I like it, but I am too lazy to hook everything up).

Unless that was your only console from that generation and you loved it so much, I would say get rid of it. Dosen't seem like you want it and it's also very ugly with one of the worst controllers ever made. It's personally my least liked console. Dosen't have shit for games either.

Reasons to keep an N64:

Starfox 64
Mischief Makers
Conker's Bad Fur Day(better than the Xbox version)
Bangaio(different from the Dreamcast version, so it's worth playing both)


Enough reasons for me, but it's got some other good games too. But if it really doesn't interest you, just ditch it

I'll do you favor, I'll take that piece of garbage off your hands for $5.00. But only if you throw in all the games and accessories for free, I wouldn't do this for just anyone, consider it a favor.

You won't get much for selling it so you might as well keep it. But no there aren't many good games for it. (So far, the only one I've liked was Paper Mario.)
