Yeah, I'm kind of tired of the focus on making everything big and time consuming in a lot of games and I hear some people say we'll see more of that next gen with stronger hardware allowing for bigger worlds and more play time

I find I'm more a fan of old school, linear experiences where I'm following the guiding hand of a skilled designer who has an awesome adventure of story he (or she) wants to take me on. I tend to approach many games like I do a movie experience. I'm not really looking to get lost in a world for days on end, just a fun ride for a couple of hours

I mostly play linear games and I mostly don't like Bethesda games, but I can see the draw in exploration. If that huge world is actually interesting, I just might visit it.
