Our first store (and hopefully not the last!) is The Score of Cool Springs, in the Cool Springs suburb of Nashville, Tennessee. Our website is http://www.thescoreonline.com.
This is one of the top sites for gaming on the net, and pretty much required for any retro fan. Nice to see it's got a community bigger than even what I thought it was.
Keep up the good work!

Re: New Members: Introduce Yourself!
New here, I like to play video games (retro and new) of most genres.
I got into the retro gaming scene a few years ago, all thanks to the Dreamcast. I got one at a yard sale for 2 dollars with 7 games and I just loved it, then on I decided to look for more old consoles and games.
First handheld I got was a GB Pocket and 1st console was a N64.
I now have a Genesis, model 1, 2, and 3, Dreamcast, Saturn, NES, SNES, Intellivision, Atari 2600, Gamecube, Wii, Xbox 360, 2 Neo Geo Pocket Colors, PS2, PS1, GB, GB pocket, GB color, GBA, GBA SP, DS PHAT, GameGear, and computer. Oh, almost forgot my N64.

Re: New Members: Introduce Yourself!
Hey, guys! I'm 28 posts old, but I didn't know this thread existed because I pretty much exclusively dwell in the Sega forum, which is a pretty good indication of my retro gaming preferences.
I discovered this site over a year ago when I stumbled across the old April Fool's Sega "Hedgehog" concept design. And oh, what a grand place I found! Such a prestigious and comprehensive archiving of the greatest games known to man; ever-growing and ever-expanding! And best of all, a true appreciation for that greatest of companies: good old Sega!
Anyway, my name is Jonathan Logan Halsey, but my preferred name is just Logan. I live in Nashville, Tennessee: a terribly ignorant little place, but with a (vastly under-recognized) intelligent moral minority. I'm eighteen years old as of recently, and will be heading out to college in half a year; not sure where. I'd love to go to Vanderbilt or Belmont, but I'm afraid that I don't have quite that much money. Regardless: my calling in life is the literary arts, and I aspire to be an English Professor. If I could do anything with my life, it would be to create 3 great works of art: a novel, a graphic novel, and a video game; each epic and meaningful, yet would only be possible in their respective mediums.
I personally believe that Asian women are the hottest things ever created. Call it a fetish; call it racist sexual deviation; I don't care. If you were to spend a week with me, you'd hear me call one Asian woman or another "the hottness" some twenty times. That probably won't come up alot on these boards, though, because really: how could it?
Anyway, my favorite console of all time is the Dreamcast for the sheer inspired innovation of it, its outstanding classic games to slightly-less-than-classic games ratio, and its awesomely hackable interface. The system that I believe has the very best games of all time on it (albeit in very small quantity) is the Saturn: you simply cannot, and never will beat the dynamic duo of Panzer Dragoon Saga and NiGHTS ~into Dreams...~. The most senitimental system to me, however, is the Genesis: it was my very first.
Still, though, I have an appreciation for Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft, although I personally dislike the way they run their businesses. But then again, I'm kind of a Socialist. Not completely; I just think that monopolies and the like ought to be prevented by the government for the greater good of the economy and the people alike. Sega ran their company much nicer than I think those companies did, and look where it got them: such are the pitfalls of Capitalism. And the 32X.
I'm sure you've noticed I'm incredible long-winded. It's not that I don't realize it; I know that many people are completely turned off by my replies to yes-or-no questions escalading into research essays, but I just enjoy writing that much. Plus I think it's absolutely hilarious for me to deviate into my views on various market economies in my introductory post on a retro-gaming website.
Anyway, Hi! I'm Logan Halsey and I have a total boner for Sega and Asian women! Nice'ta Meet'cha!!

I've actually been with a Filipina for sometime now, and it's quite lovely. Only problem is that she's very, very, very short. Quite honestly too short. But it really only makes her cuter. Oh! That's another thing! She loves videogames too! I turned her onto Sega, and she turned me onto Nintendo a little bit more. Being a girl, though, she's mostly into the Animal Crossing's and Space Channel 5's of the world, but I have an appreciation for those as well. She turned me onto Zelda, though, so good for her!
ALSO!!! al;dfkjaslfkjasdlkfjasdlkfjasdfl;kj I love hardcore punk! It's my favorite musical genre! I love my Bad Brains, Minor Threat, Scream, Void, Gang Green, Circle Jerks, Reagan Youth, Black Flag, Bad Religion, Adolescents, D.O.A., Deep Wound, Ill Repute, Stalag 13, etc., etc., etc. Hah, sorry! I have too much to say about myself!

Yeah, but it didn't come with cords, so that cost about 15 dollars, still a great deal with the games though. Zombie Revenge, Quake 3, Crazy Taxi, fun fun fun.raztat wrote:futuramaguy42 wrote:New here, I like to play video games (retro and new) of most genres.
