Then I got lucky, because my copy was $30 a few months ago. No manual, but mint everything else. And no, it's not a fake copy.

That's the right price for a copy sans manual. It's the complete ones that hit $60.

I am a completist when it comes to games. At the least it has to have a manual or a box, but I prefer both. I only have one game in my collection that has no manual: Misadventures of Tron Bonne.
