Playing PAL games on a NTSC PS2

Post by corn619 »

Simple question, whats the easiest, cheapest way of playing PAL games on a NTSC PS2? Is there a swap trick something that doesn't require a mod? I would like to play some games that came out in that territory but not in the U.S, namely Demon Chaos "aka Ikusagami" and Forbiden Siren, any Suggestions?

I play PAL games on my NTSC PS2 using Crystal Chip modchip.
On rare occasions, the bottom of the screen gets cut off, but the Crystal Chip allows you to raise the picture. But most PAL games work just fine on it. The Crystal Chip will convert NTSC to PAL and vice versa.

It will also play all regions of PS1 games.
