I am not a huge fan of the chain either, but I definitely built significant portions of my Gamecube, PS1, PS2, and Xbox collections when GameStop was liquidating its inventory.

Now, I am just waiting for the next round of price cuts and sales on pre-owned Wii games...when some of the $10 titles drop to $7 and $5, it will be time to stock up again...

Army Rescue (CIB)
Flip's Twisted World (CIB)
Octomania (CIB)
Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers (CIB)
Rygar: The Battle of Argus (CIB)
Target: Terror (CIB)
Tornado Outbreak (CIB)

for a grand total of $29. (Octomania was only $1!) At these prices, I doubt they will keep the cases and manuals around much longer; so, if you are a Wii collector, you should pick up CIB copies while they are still available.

Started getting in about 6 months ago, thankfully, I am just about done. There is no way I am gonna buy anymore rare but unplayable games for this system. I am about at the end of my buying rare but bad games now.

I have actually wanted all of these games for quite a while...I don't think any of them are unplayable. (I have also passed on some of the "rare" games for the system - like Walk It Out, Fishing Resort, etc. - that I have no interest in actually playing.)

OK...OK...Target Terror is pretty bad...but in a cheesy, lovable way.

G4 Harmon Kardon iSub Woofer Soundstick II Set -40.00 $20.00 Swap Meet
I have only seen this twice before at two different Swap Meets, both times going for fifty bucks. I spotted this at seven thirty in the morning and walked away even when the seller dropped from 40 to 30 to 25 stating they were not very loud. I told him it was too early and I wanted to see what all the other tables had before I ran out of money. Besides, I have no room for these on my crowded desktop of madness which already has the more compact G4 M6351 Harmon Kardon crystal ball speakers. Going down the next aisle, his daughter chased me down with speakers in a box stating it might be a slow sell day, twenty was fine. This was at eight in the morning, I would have though someone might pay more later that morning!

Even though complete with all the cables including the proprietary power brick, I suspected they may not work, but knew I could easily add an external amp if need be; the housings really look nice! Got to thinking, they would work great as supplemental speakers matched up to my "backup" HD CRT in the bedroom. At first I could not get any sound, suspected the amp was blown. Turned out the two shiny tabs located at the bottom on one of the soundsticks is the volume control! The seller nor I did not know, probably the reason why I had bought these on the cheap.

Interact ProPad 8 with Gameport USB Cable - $5.00 Swap Meet
A vintage Gameport controller with match USB cable. Nice layout of the buttons, works great without any drivers for Win XP and Win 7.

HammerHead FX Manual - 1.00 Swap Meet
I was hoping the ProPad 8 USB cable would work with the Interact Hammerhead I purchased a few weeks ago. No luck, but nice to find the manual.

Wiimote Holder - 0.99¢ Thrift Store
Okay it is not really a Wiimote container, but looks very similar to the silly sold out ridiculous canvas black holder offered on the Club Nintendo site for holy crap 300 points! I'm still waiting for Nintendo to cough up the SNES Classic Controller for U.S. members, for now my demented satisfaction of getting a look alike pouch for a lot cheaper. Mine even has a place for a custom printed label insert. Yes I am using it as a doubled Wiimote Nunchuck holder, take that Nintendo!

UB Funkey Vlurp - $2.00 Swap Meet
Weird name for a Vampire Funkey. I normally impulse buy these when they are a dollar or less. Ah well a slow day at the Swap Meet, I see it as buying another Funkey Flash Game that it unlocks.

GBA DR Mario / Puzzle League $5.00 BookOff
Already have the standalone GBA NES Dr Mario, nice to get the duel pack.

Wii Muramasa Demon Blade - $8.99 Gamestop
Thanks to Metal Jesus's Review, I had to get this game. Nice Japanese themed Run and Gun Sword that reminds me of the side scroller C64 Usagi Yojimbo. The art effect of Muramasa is really good, part of the fun is just soaking in the visuals while working the sword.

The best part is both Classic and Game controller are supported. Ohh yeah, this game plays wonderful with an Arcade stick!

Xbox Doom Collector Edition - $5.00 Swap Meet
CIB and confirmed that the disc is the Collectors version with the DOS Doom games and making of Doom 3 footage. :D

Xbox Conker Case and Manual (No disc) - $7.00 Swap Meet
I already had bought the game disc for less then a buck a while back, so nice to spot this on the table. Disappointed there was no disc inside and the cover is water damaged stuck to the case. Even so, nice to make Conker CIB at a decent price. Debating on printing out a new cover, the old one will peel apart if I try to yank it out. This seller was adamant in selling all games at seven bucks, disc or not. Told me she would bring the game the following weekend. I went back the following Saturday to see if she found the disc at which she told me her son was upset that the case with manual were sold. Oops, musta found out how expensive the game is.

I had a very good yard sale haul yesterday. Spent $30. The Final Fantasy's and Ultimate Spiderman will need resurfacing but it is still probably in one of my better local finds ever.

Hoping to play it this weekend. Incredibly wacky beat 'em up...

I was just watching a gameplay video of this game about a week ago. It looks super quirky, and I do like the idle character animations, but I can't say I'd really like to play it. That's some stellar looking condition, though.

Spent $68.5 today. Most of it came from the stall of one of the few flea market resellers I actually respect in the area. His stall is pretty messy though so it took a good hour and a half and I'm sure there is still plenty I haven't seen :P really need to ask him if he minds helping clean up his stall one day just so I can go through and see everything. Was thinking about doing it today but was afraid I might offend him probably will offer after a few more sales when he gets to know me a little better :P. Coolest find was probably Clock Tower with the manual it was buried under a bunch of cd cases in a shoebox at the back of one of his messier tables sadly I couldn't find the case :P.

Anyways here is the haul

Games:
Clock Tower(No Case) *Keeping*
Activision Classic Games(No Case) *Keeping*
Fighting Force(No Case)
Metal Gear Solid(Loose)
Duke Nukem Total Meltdown Loose)
Interactive Sampler Disc Vol. 8 *Keeping*
Interactive Sampler CD 6 *Keeping*
Deathtrap Dungeon
Tomb Raider the Last Revelation
Project Overkill(No Case)
Star Ocean Till the End of Time (Loose Disc 2 is pretty bad off :P)
Sonic Heroes
Wipeout Fusion
Maximum Chase(For whatever reason I really I want to play this game :P) *Keeping*
Iron Pheonix
Yager
Phantom Crash(Case and Manual Only :P) Was kind of bummed thought I had check it but guess not :P. Was going to keep it but have no use for an orphan :P.
Skeleton Warriors
Spyro a New Beginning
Cabela's Alaskan Adventures
Mercenaries
Heroes of the Pacific
Madden 2005 Collector's Edition
The Bible Game

Hardware:
Konami Green Justifier Light Gun for PS1(Second one I have picked up this year)

So many good finds today by everyone. Lots of Playstation luck, I see. I think I'll add to the goodies.

Image

Digimon World (disk only)
Digimon World 2 (complete) With bonus Scooby Doo sticker
Digimon World 3 (disk/case/no manual)
Batman and Robin (GG)

I went into the thrift store and saw two Digimon games sitting on a spinning rack. I opened up the second one and immediately got bummed out when I saw there was no disk in the case. Then I noticed a sign that said "Please see clerk for CD's and DVD's." Apparently, they've finally wised up and started putting the games behind the counter. Good.

Of course, they're all stored in a massive cd binder and the cashier was not happy at all when she had to go through all of them. I offered to do it myself and she gladly shoved the binder in my direction

I was extra glad she did, because when I finally found the games, I saw that they also had the first one in there with the other two. I'd already gone through all the game/cds, so I knew there wasn't a case for it. So instead I darted over to the cd rack and picked up a blank case to put it in. *shrugs*

Total: $2

I spent a little over $6 for the Game Gear game, but I think the Digimon Games more than make up for it. I'm a bit bummed with the lack of a case/manual for World 1, but for around $0.60, I'll deal.

CRT- That is one insanely cool looking sub woofer. I have never seen anything like it. What do you think of the sound it produces?
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynj ... collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.
