I want to hook my saturn and other systems up to my PC moniter. I don't have a clue how to make this happen. So i figured i would ask here.

There might be some kind of a converter box that would take in the RCA video and turn it into a VGA/DVI output for your monitor. I would probably be expensive, and potentially slightly lag up your games. You would still need to get the RCA audo cables into 3.5mm jack form for your speakers, as well, which would also probably be a converter box.

I know there exists PC cards which can take an RF signal into your TV. My experience with those has been poor.

you can buy a monitor with composite/component inputs for about 100 bucks (for a 19 inch widescreen). otherwise, you can do costly converter boxes to vga, but not to dvi, as it is an analog signal.
