Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Good to hear I didn't get boned on the deal. The only issue so far is everything was a bit dirty, but thankfully all the games work. Well, except Donkey Kong 64, since I need the expansion pal for it to work.
Current systems: Nintendo Switch and XBox 360,

@StuntDouble: Good deal! The IPs and rarities are really what make those N64 bundles worth it. I've yet to run across a nice N64 bundle that came with games I was actually looking for.
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
yeah that N64 bundle is a hell of a deal. your first three titles alone already exceed in value what you paid for the entire lot. nice work. that's insane.

Haven't polluted this thread in a while. Not amazing deals, but at least on the low end of the price spectrum and certainly less common PCEngine CD games arrived in my mailbox today.
Alzadick, Rayxanber II, and God Panic.

Through Our Children's Eyes thrift store in KS. They have a truck with creepy pictures of just kids eyes. It is just as bad a photoshop job as it sounds.
Got NFL Blitz the League no manual for $3.27 after tax. Always forget that they charge sales tax. Most thrift stores on the Missouri side don't charge sales tax.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Got another story pretty similar to the one I posted a while back with the friend bringing me a box of games!
About a week ago or so, a co-worker of mine tells me that she has a ton of old playstation games that I could have once she finds them, and I tell her I am interested in anything game related she might have. I didnt think anymore of it after that, but today she came in with a shoebox full of goodies. There were a lot of disc only games, but there was quite a variety (not just ps1) She also assured me that she has much more stuff, she just has to find it at her parents house.
Best Stuff first! Here are all the complete ps1 games, a good condition Majora's Mask (been meaning to pick this up!) a couple of ps1 cheat devices, pokemon red, and some james bond gameboy game.

Disc only ps1, looks like she loved crash bandicoot! There are a lot of Final Fantasy orphans, hopefully they can find good homes.

These give me hope that she might have some even better stuff to find!

I actually found this to be the most interesting thing in the box, in an obscure kind of way:

There were also a bunch of PC games, many disc only, and some in boxes, nothing really standout. I was very happy to receive such a generous box of games for free, and told here I would take anything else she had. We also agreed that if she happened to have some mega rare expensive gem, that we were to split the money if i sold it lol.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
I found Secret of Mana and Final Fantasy III at a "thrift" store last week and passed on both because they priced it so damn high. It ate away at me for a few days and I told myself if they're still there the next time I stop in then I'll get them. I hadn't had a chance to head back until today and they were still there so against my better judgment I picked them up. I wish I had inspected the condition better. The carts look great, everything else...meh. And I swore Secret of Mana had a manual last week. I think someone snagged it at some point during the week (I didn't look to see if it was still in there today). Maybe they saw some idiot had the manual on eBay for $40 and figured it was easier to steal that than the whole game and make some quick money (lame!). Some buyers remorse on my end but that will pass soon as it's really nice to have both games with boxes (one with the manual) in my collection as I have been trying to increase the number of uncommon or more sought after titles I own over the last 6 months. I just hope they're as great as people tell me.
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."
