Gold Yam Yam super famicom cart on ebay?

I searched for this for a while, and didn't come up with much. Apparently this was won at an "Open Theme" contest and resided in Bangkok until someone bought it, and it appears to have been at some kind of expo being shown off but not for sale...its kind of hard to tell the details because the english is awful.

so anyone have any info on this thing? I'm just curious what the history of this cart is. The seller says "IT HAS ONLY ONE ITEM IN THE WORLD!" which I am assuming means it is one of a kind. If this is true, that means it is the rarest NES/famicom game of all time, and it is also complete with box and manual. As far as i can tell, this item could be "invaluable" in comparison to the other rare Famicom games, the Kinnikuman Muscle Tag Match Golden Tag Cartridge averages between $7328 - $9770 according to the rare NES game article, and this cart is being sold for only 5,000 dollars. I bet if it changes hands a few times, the price will rise.
