I never saw the movie, but I like the theme song from the TV show:

Problem Child 2.

I remember watching these movies all the time in the 90s. They played on TV constantly. Apparently very edited, because the movie was more adult than I remembered. Adult in terms of content, not maturity level. This movie was fully deserving of the 1 star it had on the info screen, and I really wanted to change the channel, but I couldn't. I laughed my ass off at the rollercoaster puking scene, and at several other moments, maybe just due to the absurdity. This movie plays a lot more like a live action cartoon than I remember, with almost no basis in reality, unlike the first which was somewhat more plausible.

Is that the PC where he pisses in lemonade and one customer says "Mmmm! Tangy!"?

I know there are a few Problem Child movies out there, but that line set a new low in movies.

I enjoy the first one as a guilty pleasure. The movies are bad but they have their moments. I think the baseball scene in the first was funny, and the old man/grandfather character is also funny.

Can't blame you. I'll watch it for John Ritter alone, but they should have hired a McKulkin kid.

Yeah Ritter is pretty good. That kid is one of the worst actors I have ever seen. It is painful, but somehow makes it more funny at times.

During that era of "naughty stereotypical kids", I'm pretty positive the crappy acting was forced on the kids, and not the kids being awful at their craft.

Every kid, short of Frog of course, shouts their lines in Little Rascals (the movie) as does the kid in Dennis the Menace, and so on. But for all the crappy "child adventure" movies we had to sit through, we got HOME ALONE, so it's worth it.

Why does every kid in that era have a bowl cut?
