Because despite having tried (and in some cases have managed a modicum of success), Native Americans have failed to garner the support necessary to change these things. That's not to say that their cause is any less justified, just that it is generally less noticed.
How many of them use outright offensive names? I mean is a Jeep Cherokee offensive? Or Chicago Blackhawks?
Washington Redskins is generally the big one, since it is considered a racial slur by the Native American community. Also imagery, such as the Cleveland Indians' Chief Wahoo, whose image has steadily been drawn down over time.

Yeah, I get it, I was just trying to point out the all encompassing "all" was probably excessive. But I am genuinely curious if just having a vehicle named after a tribe is offensive. Is it? Is an Apache helicopter offensive in name?

Does the tribe receive any kind of compensation for having their name used on a mass produced tool of warfare?

They get the same amount of compensation the Federal government gets from American Apparel.

Plus American Apparel has Faye Reagan as a model and helps keep the cost of petroleum down with their massive revenue.

The Irish aren't boycotting Notre Dame, and so on. It's only seen as an insult by a few outspoken people who make a living out of being outspoken. They should be more pissed off that they won't reach the second round of the playoffs next year.

Sure, outside of that whole Trail of Tears thing, numerous massacres of their people, poor assimilation into modern society, etc. Guess they shouldn't complain too much. After all, we didn't kill them all!

I hate my friends.

I watched someone die today because of them.
