Gotta say, Pulsar, #4 on that list looked awesome.

I'm still waiting on mine to ship from Amazon. For $99, it's a impulse/fuck around with it kind of purchase. Admittedly, there are some interesting titles for it and I'm most excited to play some Towerfall with friends and my wife. I like that I don't need to worry about getting extra controllers immediately as I can use my 360 (wired) or PS3 controllers for multiplayer on a lot of games.

The video above is accurate. There is a serious lack of interesting new games for it but the SNES and N64 emulators are good enough for me right now. Also XBMC works like charm so I am really enjoying having IceFilms again. Overall to me its been worth kickstarting it but they need some good games to make it worth most gamers money.

Got one at my local Best Buy yesterday, what was the video about Pulsar?
Over all, neat toy, decent emulator box.

If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?

It was the Top 5 Games for Ouya. The video included a black screen and the noise of a lovely windy valley.avrame wrote:Got one at my local Best Buy yesterday, what was the video about Pulsar?

To be fair. The thing has pretty well no decent games of it's own right now. Android ports and Emulators for the most part. It's good at those things. I wish I had a "real" exclusive title to play on it though.
Older. Not wiser.

I'm miffed that the Google Play store isn't even on it, from what I gathered at least.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:It was the Top 5 Games for Ouya. The video included a black screen and the noise of a lovely windy valley.avrame wrote:Got one at my local Best Buy yesterday, what was the video about Pulsar?

LINK? Are you offering a discount to Racketboy members?ZenErik wrote:Welp. Put my OUYA on eBay starting at 1¢. Never opened. It felt right at the time when I became a Kickstarter backers, but I am not sure about that decision now.
The emulator concept intrigues me. Do the ROMs have to be purchased or is there a way to install from a memory card?
