White Hong Kong PS3 - Trading Up

I was talking with a friend recently who wanted to sell me his Classic White PS3 Slim he bought in Hong Kong.

I myself have a 120gb Charcoal Black PS3 Slim, quite common, of course.

He offered it to me for $350 including many games, and some accessories.

Now, I wanted to buy this PS3, sell mine with the games I get from this deal, and hopefully get around $300-$350 for my own PS3 to reduce what I spent

Would I theoretically be able to get $350 for my PS3 and these games, if I were to sell?
And, of course, is this a decent deal?

I just want the PS3 and, in total, spend as little money as possible.
It's much rarer and has a larger HD than my own, though I do know they are quite easily replaceable.

So, in total, 27 games.

Can these 27 games, 2 guitars, and 120gb Charcoal Black PS3 net at least $350 on eBay?
