Nope. I did not pre-order it. I simply strolled into a store late last year and bought my copy of the game.

Thanks for pointed that out. Here in my local area, a friend of mine wanted to buy it but all the gamestops had only enough copies for pre-orders only. I talked to people on the forums and they said the same thing.

No problem. With the current prices, I am just glad that I picked up my copy when I had the chance!

My copy of Xenoblade is still sealed with the pre-order artbook, but I'm wondering if I should keep hanging on to it or sell it on Ebay soon. I can't ever see a reprint for the Wii, but possibly for Wii-U at some point...

I hope you have a second opened copy. The game is quite good. Another confirm on the earlier preorder query, I also bought mine new simply by walking in. Regret not getting the Artbook though.

Picked up Lost in Shadow the other day. A "rare" game but not necessarily valuable - at least not yet.

It is such a cool game. I love the art direction, and I really need to spend some more time with it after the summer gaming challenge.

The thing I hate about rare/valuble games in general is that if I happen to own one (like Radiant Dawn, amazing game), I feel the urge to buy a second copy in order to have a backup in case something happens to my original. But of course by the point the paranoia sets in, the game has already scaled the prices.
