FFIV comes with the After Story and a new between-games chapter, but the main game is a port of the way too easy GBA version.
PS1 version of FFIV is probably the best.

I have both Lunar games on PS1 so I'll be sticking with them. Went ahead and bought FFIV Complete from a fellow user here since I've never played The After Years portion. Is it possible to jump straight into that should I so choose?

OK, got my PSP yesterday!
The system itself is a lot smaller than I remember and I also really don't like that analog nub.

Loved the first PS3 game and this is just one key game that persuaded me to get a PSP.
