Some interesting answers about Ketsui in an interview with 5pb by JAPJAC; found in his forum.

Two important issues are that Ketsui X (eXtra) is about 40 percent finished and they have removed the slowdown. Was it CAVE's original intention to include slowdown, or is it a hardware limitation from 5 years ago?
(Edit: please note that the picture is of Ketsui DS, and not Ketsui Extra, however the thread IS about the 360 port).
