Eagerly waiting to see a Sony advert that resembles the political adverts heard in radios in the GTA series and Vampire: The Masquerade.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box

Kit has already seen a ton of "I don't want the Kinect spying in my home" or "My son trades in games all the time, so we're getting a PS4" from other non-video game forums she visits. It really surprises me that this has spread so far that people who probably never played a video game in their life are pissed about this.

I also ran into this the other day:
Me: "Did you hear about the Xbox One?"
Bro: "The first Xbox? What about it?"
Me: "No, the one announced at E3"
Bro: "I thought they already had like two Xbox systems"
Me: "Yeah, this is the name for their third one"
Bro: "That's a dumb name."

Also, my family lives in the middle of nowhere. Their internet is unstable at best. Sometimes they can go weeks without Internet before AT&T fixes their lines. My step-mother would go crazy if she couldn't get them out of her hair for that long.

Anyway... Here's what I've decided after seeing additional footage from the game floor:
I'll most likely get a PS4, but not this year. I'll wait to see feedback on some of my anticipated games for the system and then I'll pick one up (most likely next year).
Purchasing a 3DS XL sometime in the coming months. There's a ton of awesome games for it already, and I'm looking forward to the games they showed off at E3.
The Wii-U will be picked up sometime in November, or earlier if I can catch it on sale. Excited for just about every game announced at E3 and I'm looking forward to giving the system a chance. So far everybody loves the controls, even the touch screen parts. I think Nintendo did right this time around.

I'd like to see a list of announced retail and downloadable games for PS4/Xbox One on a chart that shows their release date and platforms. I still don't know what Xbox One games are exclusive beyond Killer Instinct, Halo whatever, and the new game from the Alan Wake folks...

Has anyone found such a list?

Both of these are from Wikipedia, so take them with a grain of salt.

The problem is that I want to cross check these with the games coming to PC as well.

EDIT: nvm

EDIT2: I am surprised that there are more true exclusives for Xbox One than for PS4. Didn't expect that, given I am more familiar with/excited for the ones for the PS4.

So, have we done anything about which upcoming games interest us the most? Here's a few that piqued my interest:

Mad Max
Battlefield 4
The Division
Batman: Arkham Origins
Watch Dogs
SoundSelf
Star Wars: Battlefront
Saints Row IV

There are other titles, of course. I just wanted to give a representative sample. Many of these games involve wandering around large cityscapes, post-apocalyptic settings, or battlefields. I want to explore (and in some cases to destroy and demolish) and survive.

And then there is SoundSelf, which just looks like a cool idea.

I am interested in all of Nintendos coop offerings. But other than that The Crew is the title that piqued my interest the most. Its like a Vin Diesel-less Fast and the Furious movie in the Need for Speed universe.

I'll have to check it out. I love the Fast & Furious films. Not because they're great. They're just 'fun'. Didn't see a trailer for it yet!
