I've been playing Tekken and SF4 quite a bit and I must say that the controlls lend themselves much more to Tekken than SF. I just feel so hobbled in SF. Another serious issue is that my Tekken online experiences have been so laggy that it's a bit pointless. No complaints on SF or Mario Kart 7 online but Tekken is a mess. Maybe no Australian server?

I think that if somebody modded a 3ds by grafting it to a Sega Mega Drive 6 button controller... holy Jesus that thing would never leave my hands. Sega and Nintendo would team up and make this as an add on... in my dreams.

I find that Animal Crossing 3DS XL to be kind of 'meh'. I mean, I GUESS it is sort of cute? The girls will like it. Will stick with my Pikachu 3DS XL. Hope they bring the SMTIV one here

Hey now...I'm one girl who thought it was just too elementary looking. I have the blue 3D XL and although my hubbie (WClem) was set on buying me the AC unit, I chose not to. It just looks, well, unappealing. I was hoping they would have put an AC scene on it. But it is definitely not worth the cost.... And not cute at all.

Am I the only one who thinks ALL of the 3DS XL designs are ugly? Why can't we get a plain black one? The Pikachu 3DS XL looks the best, but I missed out on that one and I'm not willing to dump $400-$500 like other Pokefans to get one off of eBay.

The SMTIV and black Monster Hunter 4 XLs look best to me. And the Luigi one isn't half bad. But I guess those consoles aren't likely to make it here. Except MAYBE Luigi.

I don't really think the normal red and blue ones are that bad. Not feeling the Luigi or Animal crossing 3DS's much though.

Since Animal Crossing came out, I had to buy another 3DS for myself, as there is no chance I'd be able to pry our only one away from the lady. So, I picked up a red XL model and another copy of AC. I was going to get the bundle, but I found a "Like New" one locally for $160 at my local game store. So with that and the $30 that K-Mart is charging for AC, it ended up being a better deal. Which works out, because I quite like the look of the colored XL's.

Are there any other games that have good online play for the 3DS?

As far as multiplayer... not really. There's Resident Evil Revelations. It's okay online. I'm not a huge fan of it's multiplayer component though.

I got tons of money from my relatives during my graduation party. Tons. I put away 90% in the bank, and had enough left to buy a standard (black) 3DS, Fire Emblem, a $20 eShop card, and some black tea. Uncles I haven't seen in ten years sent me $50 checks. It was kind of surreal. Thanks, Uncle Clyde. I'll buy a Vita later this year, with my own money.

So, I'm very happy with it. First few minutes of Fire Emblem was amazing. Its art design was great. Love the style. 3D anime cut scenes! Holy crap! Gameplay seems as awesome as ever, though I only beat the first mission.

Wonder why I couldn't choose an outfit the same way I could choose eyes, face, hair, and voice? Oh well. My avatar is female. Can she marry Chrom?

Download games: Ended up getting Gunman Clive, Mighty Switch Force 2, Sakura Samurai, and SpeedX 3D Hyper Whatever. Next on the list are Pushmo, Dark Void Zero, Liberation Maiden, and Groove Heaven.

I did think about about paying $30 more for the XL, but after playing with both in store I preferred the smaller screen. Surprisingly loud too. Great stuff all around.

The higher pixel density is a big deal, and since I have to hold it 14 inches away it will seem as big as a PSP screen. It's soooo sharp! Details are brilliant. I can't imagine being able to see more if it were larger. Very unlike the difference between earlier models.

The AR games are stupid. I wish Nintendo left out the cameras and tilt sensors and sold it for $10 less.

It's because the outfit is tied to your class. Once you start getting into class changes what your character wears is going to change. And yes, the avatar can marry Chrom. The avatar can marry anyone of the opposite sex.

I've done random online play with MK7 before. Is it easy for us to play some races together?
