Been playing the hell out of this game. I have found a few glitches here and there but otherwise it has been an incredible experience watching the game unfold.

A few small complaints (don't read if you have not played)
Some of the puzzles get really repetitive, (pallet, ladder, plank) and your companions get in the way sometimes at the wrong moment
The dialogue is awesome and the way the combat is handled is really nice but frustrating at times. Sometimes I think he takes to long to get off another shot or hesitates to long between weapon changes. Most of my deaths have come this route and can feel cheap.

Story is great though, wish there were more games like this. It would be really cool if they made this truly open world like Skyrim and such. I also couldn't believe this happened:
The beginning, it blew my mind. Yeah, not gonna totally spoil it.

wclem's experience is pretty much my own so far, though I've had no technical issues like have been described (or any others, for that matter).

I'm very impressed by the game so far. It reminds me of the MGS series much more than the Uncharted series, with in-game dialogue and brief in-engine scenes taking the place of Kojima's long cutscenes for storytelling. Cross MGS gameplay with a vibe of a super tense horror-themed game and I think you're in the ballpark for this one. I tend to dislike stealth in general, but this one does it right and gives you non-stealth options too. Thus far it has been a bit tough...but in a good way.

And that prologue! Woah

I do agree with you that it is nice to have the option to sneak by, blast my way through or run like hell. It will give it some replayability for me. I might crank it down to easy and see if I can blast my way through, letting me really explore for all the goodies.

It's okay. I'm about halfway through and I like it more than any of the Uncharted games I've played. It's basically an Uncharted game with a focus on stealth and a few more bells and whistles though. There is the focus on stealth but very few ways to actually implement it aside throwing bottles and strangling people. What is making me like it more than Uncharted is the story content.

I certainly wouldn't call it difficult though. In the very beginning it's a little rough getting the hang of how to combat the mutants, but it's extremely forgiving with the instant restarts and once you get more weapons (namely the shotgun and insta-kill melee) the game gets walking tank syndrome.

It's glitchy but not too bad. I've only noticed little insignificant things like character models flipping out if people crowd ladders or doors. Companions have gotten in my way a few times and got me killed during chase sequences, but yeah you just instantly restart the section so it's not frustrating.

Nothing groundbreaking but a solid action game.

I have found molotov cocktails the best way to kill groups.

WTF, has to be:
A FUCKING PART TWO, you just cannot let this end like this. Awesome game but damn unfair ending.
Anybody know of anything special like multi endings or anything?

Beat this last night and really enjoyed it. Overall, not tremendously difficult, but it left you in plenty of situations where you really had to consider your surroundings, and especially your inventory.

I don't know if i've ever been so excited to find a single shotgun shell in a drawer.

So far i've heard nothing but good things about the online mode. Looking forward to checking that out tonight.
