The games I have played on the nes and sms that are the same that the sega master system is better in graphics but the nes is better in sound is
Rampage
alien syndrome
after burner
paperboy
ghostbusters
shinobi
strider

The sounds and music on SMS Rampage, Ghostbusters and Shinobi are waaaay better than the NES versions. Put the FM on in Rampage and Shinobi and it's even better. Shinobi's FM is really good, especially the bonus stages.

You mean Snail Maze? I have never heard anyone express love for that game. Snail Maze was just built into the BIOS if the original Master System. The Second Master System had Alex Kidd in Miracle World built in. I'd call that an improvement over Snail Maze.

I think later revisions to the BIOS in the Master System 1 included Hang On, or Hang On / Safari Hunt in one. I think there was also a version with Missile Defense 3D built into the BIOS.

Man dis i get a deal on craigslist. A master system, 2 controllers, a gun, 2, sports pads, 2 3d glasses, a bunch of games complete( alot of sports, nothing to brag about), a few 3d games for 60.00. Tried to play the 3d games on a flat screen i dont think it works well on a flat screen. Do i need a regular tvfor the 3d glasses to work well?

Wow that's nice. I've been looking for a Japanese SMS to have the built-in Glasses support, but if you got 2 Glasses *adapters* as well as 2 Glasses, I would happily
buy one of them off of you if you wanted to recoup some of that cash and make it an even better score

Yes, the 3d glasses work off the alternating fields of a CRT so it won't work on LCDs or plasma.

I love Cloud Master so much, it's the main reason I got a Sega Power Base Converter for my Genesis.

Pretty sure Sonic the Hedgehog was after US support ended.

No. Genesis doesn't use the bios.
What that means is no rom header check our Master System has, so card slot Mark III games with Genesis compatible video mode should work. Not sure if I've seen that tested though.
