I watched Barton Fink (1991) for the first time last night. Others have written about it here; so, I will only say that it is excellent and available for streaming on Netflix. (I will also say that it will likely require repeat viewing to catch all of themes.)
If you haven't seen every Coen Bros. film you should.
I am only missing:

The Hudsucker Proxy;
The Ladykillers;
Burn After Reading; and
A Serious Man.

I will get around to each of them eventually. (Except, maybe, The Ladykillers...I have read that it is an awful remake, and I honestly did not enjoy the Alec Guinness original all that much.) I think that I now have the essentials covered, however.

There's still some really good dialog in Ladykillers, I would still watch it. I really enjoyed Burn After Reading and Hudsucker is great. I've not seen A Serious Man yet.

I recently watched Warm Bodies and really enjoyed it. It met my expectations that I had set based on the trailer. Had some funny moments and some cute moments and the acting was fine overall. Criminal underuse of Malkovich though.

Man Of Steel is doing not so hot in the rottentomatoes world, which has historically been a pretty good guage for the quality of superhero movies. Most of the negatives seem to focus on its gloomyness, which is something that concerned me from the trailers, but I was somewhat convinced that the actual movie would more upbeat then the previews suggested. Not sure now. But Luke liked it so...

No it hasn't. I don't know if you've noticed, but most comic book films get poor reviews and nothing aggravates me more than someone who, rather than discuss the merits of a film (or lack thereof) simply quotes a review percentage as if it means something. It doesn't, and quoting it in lieu of actual discussion implies that you're afraid to be caught liking something the critics don't. Take Watchmen for example: 64% on RT, but I would argue that it's one of the finest comic book adaptations of all time. Critics don't know everything, they just think they do (no offense, Luke).

It's been as close to 80% as it has to 65% over the past few days. It's been fluctuating weirdly with each passing day.

The reviews are all across the board and fairly inconsistent. It's not polarizing...yet. Just wait until diehard Superman fans see it. I have no clue what the end "Viewer Rating" will be, but I expect it will be pretty high.

Does the movie try to do too much? Yes. But in the context of a superhero movie, that is the standard, and Superman should be the standard. It won't be for everyone, and I have no qualms with saying that. But as looking at the film as solely a Superman movie, I was floored.

Not to get anyone's hopes up, but when the movie ended I wanted to watch it again, immediately.

"Finest Comic Book Movies" = fine by me.

"Finest Comic Book Movie Adaptations" = Nuh-uh.

Although I'm not a huge fan, SIN CITY was basically panel for panel. WATCHMEN took some huge artistic liberties, including most of the third act, which is the most important in the graphic novel.

There's a good point here on SIN CITY. I never realized how close it was until I picked up a couple of comics. Extremely close, although I overall prefer the movie over the comics, simply because the movie is easier to follow than the art in the comics.

300 is close to being panel for panel, but SIN CITY hardly ever deviates from the graphic novels.

This might be blasphemous to hardcore fans, but I actually thought the movie improved the ending somewhat. When I first read the novel, I thought the ending was a little weak. In the film, I felt that having Dr. Manhattan be the boogeyman instead of some random monster made a lot more sense and worked a lot better for the story. It should be noted that the final draft of the screenplay was a slightly tweaked version of an earlier draft that Alan Moore approved of in the days before he disowned film adaptations of his work.
