I think the question on everyone's mind right now is will they unveil a Kinectimals and Steel Battalion Kinect crossover title?

More importantly, will the next iteration of Steel Battalion Kinect expand on the "delete progress" idea when your character dies in the game and instead delete anything it can detect with a hearbeat if you lose?

I think the question on everyone's mind right now is will they unveil a Kinect Star Trek game that is every bit as good as Kinect Star Wars was?

so anyway, can we agree that MS gave a very good press conference on the balance? It was almost a complete reversal of the cluster fuck of the Xbox One reveal. Even if you don't like the Xbox One becasue DRM/whatever, the selection of games they have coming for it is solid and varied.

Indeed, I was rather disappointed that this was the case. I was hoping they would shoot themselves in the foot so that I had even less reason to want one than I had before

Still, although there was some cool stuff there, not a lot appealed directly to me anyhow. No big loss so far.

Has anyone else caught wind of the latest insider rumor that Microsoft has been shelling out a lot of money to third-party publishers if they do not show the PS4 version of their multiplatform games?

If that's true, I am completely done with Xbox.

If it's anything like the Xbox 360/PS3 graphical comparisons I can't believe it even matters. Plus in this day and age "the latest insider rumor" is usually code for "random BS rumor someone made up on the internet."

The PS4 has been said to be more powerful than the Xbox One. I f the differences were slight, then why would Microsoft get so nervous and desperate!?

Sooo... I've gotta say, MS's conference today was much better than the initial reveal. I'm still not happy with the Xbox One, but it's a bit more appealing now.

I'd agree to that. I'm still not getting the Xbone out of principle, but from an objective standpoint, it was a very good conference.

Because Sony made a third PS3 design.



The only rationale I recall them actually mentioning was a unified design language with the Xbox One, but it wasn't really something they focused on. They were pretty quick to get past 360 stuff and on to One stuff.

IMO, it's a decent sign that they aren't looking to drop the 360 like a hot rock like they did with the oXBox. They're preparing to position it as the budget offering - what surprised me was the lack of a price drop to go with it. Then again, the 360 has been selling well where it's at.
