I'm telling ya', we're a superstitious lot.
We need to finish them off. Get a garbage goal in and take the heart out of 'em.

You know what you do when you have a one goal lead in a hockey game with fifteen seconds to go?

Anything but what the Blackhawks just did.

Goof around behind your own net for a few seconds, but why try to clear when you know an icing call puts you in jeopardy?

You'll win the game, if you play better than the Kings. Which will likely happen.

The Bruins though, man that will be a nice Stanley Cup Series, for sure.

Man, I was hoping the Kings would take the Hawks out to a game 6, but at least it went to double-overtime. Would have been nice if Kain hadn't gotten a hat-trick, too.

I'm hoping the Bruins come to play like they did against the Penguins; I don't think the Hawks will be favored enough, which makes me nervous.

And it's Kane.

Whoops. You can see I'm not a big Chicago fan.

Nothing against Kane; It's a great accomplishment, and apparently he's the first to clinch a series in overtime with a hat-trick since Gretzky. As a player on an opposing team, I would have liked him better when he was starved for goals this post-season. >_>

No biggie.

I see hockey teams as a group of individuals, which they are, and it's difficult for me to hate a "team" if that makes sense.

I think todd bertuzz should have been banned from the NHL years ago, but I can't hate the team he is on just because he plays for them. People play for a team, they don't belong to one. Hope that makes some sense.
