It's called Akumajo Densetsu, you might be able to search for it on eBay easier that way. I think it runs $30-50 typically.

You'll need a Famicom to play it though (the sole reason I own a Famicom). If you try to play it on a NES with a converter there'll be errors. It's fully playable on the PowerPak though (NES flash cart from Retro Zone). It probably works on the new Everdrive N8 as well. And since it's a flash cart, you can even play the fan translated version.

I was planning on getting a RetroN 5 when it comes out (next month, I believe). Think it'll play ok on that?

Hoping we get to see more Lords of Shadow 2 gameplay shown at E3 next week.

I know this is the last in the Lords of Shadow series, but is it the last of the current Castlevania series?

Castlevania 3 plays on the second revision of the RetroN 3 and they're touting 100% compatibility for the RetroN 5 so the answer is "likely" but we don't know until it's out.

I've listened to both the NES version AND the Famicom/VRC6 version of the Castlevania III Dracula's Curse OST and......

I still prefer the NES version.

That's Castlevania 3 the NES game, right? That doesn't mean that Akumajo Densetsu, the Famicom version, will play. They use entirely different mappers.

No, not yet. I need to make a mental note to do so when I get home from work (I can't watch videos here).

Finally beat Super Castlevania IV.

Had a little trouble with Death and then a little more with Dracula. Two toughest parts of the game, IMO.
