My not-so-impressive game room!

Post by floattube »

I posted a gallery of my collection before, but it was so different than it is now. It isn't all that great, but I am a 15 year old and I just recently got a steady income so my collection is growing a little bit on a budget of course.

Overview
I'm probably going to get grief over not using a CRT or a standard TV. I have no room for another TV, and a HDTV works just as fine. I'm not worried about scanlines, etc.

Sadly, my games can fit one bookshelf. I guess it is a fairly large bookshelf, but I do want more!

Image

I don't know why, but it looks pretty cool hanging over that useless door that leads to nowhere.

Image

Just for decoration, Gamecube, NES, etc. There are some stuffed animals that are on top of it, they are ALF, Bowser, and Yoshi.

Image

My gaming computer! Dual monitor setup and my steering wheel happens to be in front, just for the picture. The extra monitor will be used once I get a new desk, so I have a triple monitor setup.

Pokemon!

Handhelds, I have too many games to show. I'm lazy, whatever.
Image

Special controllers, I love the Dance Pad!

That's it! That's all I have, sadly. I'm glad I could share it, at least. Sorry for the crappy cellphone pictures! Any comments, other then the quality lol, would be appreciated!

Aslong as you enjoy the games you have, that is what is important.

Its a good setup, nice and concise. But what do you mean by door that doesnt go anywhere?

It used to be a closet for this room, I believe. The old owners of the house decided to close it off and make it a closet for the bathroom which is on the other side of this room. If you open the door, it is just a piece of wood with a mirror.

I agree with Luke!
Change your title man, I'm very impressed and your 15!
I'm in my 30s, so if you think about it you have a pretty good headstart to fulfill your needs.

Keep it simple, enjoyable and personal. Nice collection!

I didn't have half the stuff you have when I was fifteen.

I had a SNES with around 20 games, and that was already like: BOOM! Collection!

How times change...

Still trying to decide if your modesty flatters you or if it pisses me off...
