The emulator Nintendo is using is just shitty. The PSP's MasterBoy has problem with Shantae, but at least you can render Shantae in whatever mode you want, DMG GB and Super GB (although Shantae won't work in those modes), GBC or GBA.
If you want to experience Shantae, buy it. If you like good games you owe it to yourself. Shantae is easily the best game on the GBC. Fact.
Do any GameBoy "in-1" multicarts contain Shantae?

maybe the price for the original will fall slightly when its released on the 3DS. if so then that's your chance to nap a copy. Shantae is easily one of the best games of all time. Seriously.
