I know other board members have recommend not using multi type adapters sold on ebay (nes and gen adapter in one) but what about multi adapters like this one:
Anyone used something like this with a NES/SNES/GEN before?

Re: AC adaptors
I'm not a fan of auto switching PSU's .. It will cost you less to get a PSU for a NES from ebay then it would for you to have to get a new NES for over/under powering it. When I first started collecting I made that mistake and poped a bunch of fuses in my genesis'. Now I just get the proper PSU for each system.
Just some food for thought.

Re: AC adaptors
what about the power cords that are advertised as working for dreamcast/ps1/ps2/xbox?
i have a few spare systems of the above but they lack AV cables+power cords...i've seen $5 power cords at Gamestop that say that it's compatible with any of em...is this safe?...

Re: AC adaptors
These are all fine since the power supply is internal and just needs a 2 prong cable to the wall for power and not a AC adapter.itsamemario wrote:what about the power cords that are advertised as working for dreamcast/ps1/ps2/xbox?
