Wow, all that cheese and meat. My mouth is watering. Hey, justify it as healthy with all the lettuce and non fat refried beans. The "Carne asada" Chips with ground beef reminds me of a local dish that uses strips of beef and french fries instead of the chips. Originated right here in my city; Carne Sada Fries. Usually found at independnt mexican dives, I'm curious if anyone in other states has tried this?
