Made some rounds today, didnt come up with the best haul, but got some noteworthy stuff.

First was a green "Millennium 2000" dreamcast controller. I already have the grey Millennium 2000 controller, so it was cool to find another one out in the wild. I have so many Dreamcast controllers I dont know what to do with them!

Then my last goodwill had some Gameboy games in the case. All 1.99 each, got Pokemon Blue and Gold (it was missing the label, but I was pretty sure it was gold, I dont know of any other carts that are gold) A Kirby block breaking game, and the biggest mystery game, a gameboy color game with no label. I had to take a chance on it, what if it was Shantae?!?! I know, that would be the day. Got home to test it, and it was some dragon ball Z rpg type game.

Picked up a few things today. Spent around $60. Most of this will be making its way to my sales thread. Will probably be holding on to the demo disc and atari games plus swapping out some of my controllers for a duke and the official GC controller.

Games:
Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories(CBA label damaged)
Pokemon Red Version(GB)
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing(N64 with crappy bb sticker on top :P)
tonic trouble w/manual(N64)
Romance of the Three Kingdoms(NES)
Bases Loaded 3(NES)
Snake's Revenge(NES)
Sonic Spinball(Gen)
Sonic & Knuckles(Gen)
Vector Man(Gen)
VR Troopers(Gen)
Arcade Classics(Gen CIB)
Space Shuttle a journey into space(2600)
Berzerk(2600)
Raiders of the Lost Ark(2600)
Secret Quest(2600)
Dice Puzzle No. 106(2600)
Journey Escape(2600)
Jungle Hunt(2600)
Name This Game(2600 Handle Version No Front Label)
Towering inferno(2600)
Megaman X Collection(PS2 CIB)
TMNT Smash-Up(PS2 No manual/inserts)
Shining Force Exa(PS2 CIB)
Guitar Hero World Tour(360 CIB)
Gex 3(PS1 CIB)
Inteactive CD Sampler Pack Vol. 3(PS1 Loose)
Toys "r" Us Attack of the Killer Demos!(PS1 in sleeve)
Pizza Hut Pizza-powered Playstation Giveaway Demo(PS1 in Sleeve)

Hardware:
Automatic A/V Input Selector Box with 4 ports(think its a Phillips but no markings :P)
Pink Gameboy + GBA link cable
6 Xbox Controllers(Only 1 break away cable)
---2 Dukes
---1 S-type(Needs new thumb sticks plus cord guard is broke)
---1 Wireless Logitech Attack(Missing Battery Cover but has wireless adapter)
---1 Pelican Trick
---1 Transparent Red Mad Catz
3 Gamecube Controllers
---1 official purple with transparent bottom
---1 White Gamestop
---1 Black Madcatz

Will post pictures later. Best deal of the day was probably the 6 Xbox controllers + Pokemon Red for $5.

Edit: Pokemon Red sold for $26 within 20 minutes of putting it on amazon. So that is 1/3 of the day paid for already after fees :).

So it took me a little while, but I'd like to call this my birthday/post birthday haul:

The DSi and Super Mario 64 DS I got for my birthday over a couple of weeks ago. I open up the bag and my brother tells me to unwrap the bigger package, so I did, and got the DSi and then he tells me to open up the smaller one, which happens to be the Super Mario 64 DS game, and it reminded me of when I got my N64 16 years prior, when I accidentally opened up the package with Super Mario 64 first and my dad was like "you weren't supposed to open that one first!". I even told my parents about that moment when I opened up the DSi and they got a good chuckle out of it.

The Bangai O Spirits I got brand new/sealed from Amazon for a cool $8.93. Pretty awesome, and of course I wouldn't have gotten it without the Nintendo DS games for cheap guide on here.

The Ms. Pac Man and Fatal Fury games I got from Goodwill for $2.99 a piece. Not great prices for the games, but I almost never see SNES games at Goodwill. They literally were put in the store the day before I got them. There was a 3rd game, which was Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, but I already had it, so I left it there and got the other two games.

Millipede, well......it was cheap. Got it for under 5 bucks off of Amazon (80% of the cost was shipping). Took a while to get it working though because it was soooooooooo filthy. Cleaning the contacts took me over an hour. I did finally get it to play and it's surprisingly good. Highest score thus far on it is over 92,000.

Legend of Zelda OoT soundtrack. Yeah, it's the Japanese one, aka the COMPLETE one. Years ago, I think while I was in college, I had a downloaded version of what I thought was the complete soundtrack, but it turns out it was just the North American version, that had maybe 20 some plus songs. It was good, but I had no idea it wasn't complete until years later. I downloaded the Japanese version that was complete but, being the Ocarina of Time fanboy that I am, I wanted an actual soundtrack CD. So I looked and saw some available....for like 30 dollars and above. I was like no way. So I kept looking....and found somebody selling one off of Ebay from Hong Kong.

$5.99 plus $5.98 shipping.

I immediately bought it. Took a while, but it actually came in earlier this afternoon in the mail. So worth it though. Definitely my favorite OST of all time.

Majora's Mask $2.99
Was pretty excited about this one. Finds like this are becoming quite rare.

CDs are usually $25-40 in Japan. You bought a crappy bootleg. :(

Ah fuck. It is. There goes any sort of good vibes I had going for me today, especially after my grandmother's funeral yesterday.

Guess I should kill the CD with fire then....

Didn't mean to kill your mood. But you should know what you bought so you don't make the mistake again. Remember if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Especially if it is a 'new' item from HK or China priced way below market.
